My order arrived broken! What are you going to do about it?!

Sometimes our postal workers get so excited to get your order to you, they aren't as careful as they probably could be! But do not fret, we will just send you a new product. Just contact us right away so we can get you taken care of as soon as possible! :)

 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. However, we DO want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not jumping for joy, please contact us. We will do our best to make it right!
